The Noe-Mobile
Noe is a rescue dog, and she has hip dysplasia. After a bad fall, she now lives with very limited mobility. Noe's mom had trouble taking Noe for walks--especially thorugh San Francisco's steep streets.
So I made them an electric wagon.
Now Noe can go out and sniff around, and I can start upgrading features.
Modified from a garden wagon.
Positionally critical parts modeled in Solidworks. Other parts are machined to be adjustable.
Hubs are machined from a cast aluminum part.
Rev 0 was a bust since the gear ratio was insufficient, and the low quality controller could not handle the current. Low budget was a no-go.
Rev 1 incorporates a chain drive gearbox, and better quality controller.
